The Equential Management Suite
Equential is managed and administrated from the Management Suite, which also serves as the hub that makes our Jobsite Time Entry, Office Time Entry and Time Clock modules work together and integrate seamlessly with your ERP or accounting system.
Payroll clerks, project managers and other office personnel will find Equential's Labor Management Suite easy-to-use and a significant productivity enhancer.
The Management Suite allows administrators to:
- Quickly review jobsite-collected and office-entered time associated with jobs and projects
- Review, add, edit and approve employee time, equipment and production information
- Easily access reports of field activities without waiting for the data entry and payroll processing to be entered into an ERP or payroll systems
- Catch errors made in the field such as employee missing hours, or time reported but not distributed to jobs
- Associate employees with project, job or cost codes
- Associate employee IDs with barcode labels (for scanning) and proximity cards (for time clocks)
- Request a report unique to your business
- Customize the user interface (UI) that field managers see on their mobile devices:
