SelectBuild, a subsidiary of BMHC, was tapped as a finalist for the 2007 Constructech Vision Awards. The award showcases companies that have gained substantial business advantages through technology solutions such as Equential's goLabor.
SelectBuild is a leading provider of turnkey construction services for high-volume production home builders. SelectBuild chose goLabor to electronically enter labor, materials and equipment usage in the field and subsequently generate daily reports on job cost and production.
Within several weeks of its first location implementation, the accuracy of employee time data and the associated job and cost codes increased by 15 percent. To date, SelectBuild has experienced signficant time savings for payroll staff, managers and field supervisors as well.
