InfrastruX Group, Inc. rolls out Equential
InfrastruX Group, Inc. rolled out Equential's goLabor construction solution with 75 users on a new, large-scale, utilities project in Texas. InfrastruX is a national leader providing infrastructure construction services to the gas, water/sewer, and telecommunications industries.
InfrastruX selected goLabor based on its complete remote time entry, equipment and production tracking. They were also drawn to Equential's robust management suite functionality, flexible device configuration, construction expertise and relationship with Oracle's JD Edwards.
With goLabor, InfrastruX users can use any device in the field - PDA or laptop - to collect employee hours against jobs and cost codes, vital equipment usage information, and production data. In addition, InfrastruX was delighted with the management suite's tools providing automated multi-level approval processing of time sheets (exclusive goLabor functionality) and expedited billing of units captured in the field.
InfrastruX also is pleased with the administrative ability to edit and override errors - for example, on timesheets - before they are passed into JD Edwards. This capability supplements JD Edward's process of changing these errors after the fact, saving time for the InfrastruX team.
InfrastruX noted that the Equential team provided superior service with helpful customizations and a rapid implementation timeframe. They've gained competitive advantage with the Equential goLabor solution's added functionality that can be deployed on any of their current or future projects.
